Born and raised in Nebraska, Mitch grew up in South Omaha and attended Westside High School before earning his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with a focus on construction. He brings a strong technical background and a genuine passion for helping clients navigate their real estate journey.
With extensive experience in pre-development and infrastructure for new construction, Mitch understands what goes into a community long before the first home is built. His knowledge of Special Improvement Districts (SIDs), utilities, and upcoming developments gives clients a valuable perspective when exploring new construction and growing neighborhoods.
Mitch is also a certified Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR®), bringing specialized knowledge to clients navigating distressed property transactions. He takes pride in building relationships rooted in trust, integrity, and a commitment to seeing every client through to closing.
Outside of real estate, Mitch enjoys spending time with family and friends, staying active at the gym, and making the most of Nebraska summers.
